Internet and Media in Poland - October report

Which websites, TV and radio stations were the most popular among Poles in October 2022? Read Gemius analysis, based on data from the first cross-media study in Poland based on a single source - Mediapanel.

Media landscape

In the analyzed period, 33 086 394 Real Users used the media in Poland. 100% Reach and the Average Time Spent (ATS)* was 10d 15h.

Websites

In October 2022, google.com (almost 28 million Real Users and 83% Reach), facebook.com (almost 23 million RU and Reach = 68%) and youtube.com (over 22 million RU and Reach = 68%) were on the podium of the most visited websites. In analyzed period Poles were also eager to shop online. The allegro.pl online shopping platform was on the 4th place among the 15 most popular websites, olx.pl - on the 11th and ceneo.pl, comparison platform of shops and prices - on 13th. The ranking of the 15 most popular websites is closed by mediaexpert.pl - the website and online store of the electronics witch was browsed by over 11 million of Real Users. In October 2022 information websites were also very popular among Polish internet users (wp.pl, onet.pl, interia.pl, gazeta.pl, se.pl, o2.pl). Poles also willingly used wikiperdia.org - a virtual encyclopedia.

TV stations

In October, TVN (Real Users = 26,7 million; Reach = 80,79%), Polsat (Real Users = 26,5 million; Reach = 80,20%) and TVP 1 (Real Users = 25,3 million; Reach = 76,6%) were on the podium of the most popular TV stations in Poland. Poles also eagerly watched TV news stations (TVP INFO, TVN24, Polsat News). The longest ATS (Average Time Spent) was recorded by TVP 2, TVN24 and TVP1.

Radio stations

In October 2022, RMF FM (Real Users = 32.8 million; Reach = 99.19%), Radio ZET (Real Users = 24 million; Reach = 72,6%) and Radio ESKA (Real Users = 22,3 mln; Reach = 67,46%) were on the podium of the most listened radio stations in Poland. The longest ATS (Average Time Spent) was recorded by RMF FM, Radio ZET and TOK FM.
