Top 20 classified websites in Romania

Almost half of Romanian internet users visit classified websites. The websites Olx.ro, Okazii.ro and Publi24.ro attract the most users. Check out which other classified websites[nbsp]are popular with Romanian internet users.

The latest data (March 2015) shows that nearly half of Romanian internet users (47.5 per cent) visit classified websites – that’s almost 4.35 million people.

The most popular service is Olx.ro

Just over one third of internet users in Romania (37.6 per cent) visit the Olx.ro website, which means it attracts 3.4 million users. Another classified websites enjoying great popularity in Romania is Okazii.ro, which is visited by one in six internet users (1.47 million, 16.1 per cent). The website Publi24.ro is also among the top three most popular websites of this type. In March 2015, it was viewed by 6.9 per cent of internet users (0.63 million).

About the research

The data comes from gemiusAudience, an international research project conducted by Gemius in around 30 countries in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. It aims to determine the number and demographic profile of internet users and to learn about the ways in which they use the net: websites, audio and video material, or applications. The research is carried out in compliance with the international code of conduct ICC/ESOMAR.
