Ukraine: the websites with the largest growth in popularity among men

An illegal video portal, an e-commerce platform and a match betting service – these are the Ukrainian websites that attracted the largest number of male internet users between July 2014 and April 2015. Check out which websites grew in popularity among men in Ukraine.

The biggest jump in popularity among Ukrainian internet users was achieved by Kinogo.net, a portal providing film material illegally. A year ago it was used by less than 10 per cent of Ukrainian internet users, but this figure doubled within 12 months.

The large e-commerce platform Rozetka.com.ua came in at second place. The service is used for the purchase of electronics, as well as toys and office supplies.

In at third place was Parimatch.com. This website enables gambling fans to bet on match results, operating in a similar way to bet-at-home and other such services.

Interestingly, the Top 10 is mostly made up of services that are fundamentally Russian-speaking. Facebook is the only global player in the list that does not come from Ukraine or Russia.
