ChatGPT is particulary popular among young internet users, women and office employees, and its reach is mostly trending upward, according to data from gemiusAudience. The analysis took into account indicators showing the number of users on the computer platform, their demographics, and the level of engagement of internet users with the content they viewed.

Part of everyday life

In July, ChatGPT recorded 198 960 Real Users from computers, out of which majority was aged 25 - 34 – the second largest number this year. It has grown in popularity in record time and become part of everyday life for people who use the internet. It is both an alternative way of searching for information and a work tool. The growth trend has been especially strong in the first half of the year, with user numbers climbing from 150 300 in January to a peak of 211 960 in June. Although July saw a slight decline, the platform still retained nearly 200 000 users, showing strong engagement and sustained interest. This pattern suggests steady adoption with occasional fluctuations, pointing to an overall upward trajectory in usage.
