gemiusUsability has been created by a Gemius team of experts on the basis of the Jakob Nielsen method and the methods of other usability experts. The method that we have created also takes into account Gemius' experience in Internet research.

In this module’s framework, an expert carries out a review of the web site. He/she makes use of control lists; a set of criteria fulfilled by web sites with high usability. gemiusUsabilityEvaluation
gemiusUsabilityEvaluation is a precise review of the web site, carried out by experts, with regard to existing flaws in its usability (a heuristic evaluation). Consequently, a precise list of problems with comments and recommendations is created.

During this research, users do various tasks on the analyzed web site. As the research is done in a ‘natural environment’ it is not biased through the ‘laboratory effect’. The gemiusUsabilityTest research allows you to identify the features of the product that are decreasing its usability.
